Dirty Dirty Dirty! This place needs An inspection from obviously from someone from home office. Everyone under is not doing their job! Plus it smells like old fish from seafood! The standards are sub standard!

I went in whole foods Mountain Brook store yesterday spent almost 300.00 and ended up with 2 baskets of groceries . I am elder and I asked for help with 3 baskets , a big tall girl with many pigtails wouldn’t help me . The cashier apologized and said you will just have to go take one basket to the car and come back for the other . i said I can’t do that . I need help ! I literally just came from physical therapy . finally they did get a nice young black man that helped me . I called the manager and told him how badly I was treated . Every othet store in town always has people offering to help . This is bad management !!

I placed a grocery order yesterday morning, early. The only choice I had for delivery was 4-5pm and I paid the extra for delivery. My family and I thought it would be nice to go out to dinner for a change, so we booked out reservation for 5:30pm. Five o'clock rolled around, and no order. What's interesting is that they emailed me an hour before telling me that my order was complete. Sadly, my family went to dinner without me, and guess what time the groceries showed up?.............6:45pm. And to make matters worse, the guy just ran up to my door, left the bags and ran back to his car. I looked it up...... his name was Evan. Didn't even ring the doorbell. Thank goodness, I was checking every ten minutes. Lousy, lousy service. I will not use them again and will pass along the experience.

Horrible service. Of the 15 items I ordered, 8 of them were missing upon delivery with no communication about it. When I finally got to the right person by phone, they informed me that no service would be available for days to replace the missing items, because they were too busy. How is it that a new order takes priority over a customer that ordered first but got screwed?? So they screw up once by not delivering food that was expected and then screw the customer a second time by not bothering to prioritize fixing the mistake.

I just wanted to give applause for Whole Foods 365 Vanilla Ice Cream! It is one of the Best I've ever tasted. Just Delicious. I've tried all different brands. from all different stores and nothing compares to the Whole Foods "365" brand. I will be trying the other flavors!

Expensive, but everything is good. They have a wide variety of milk, organic and natural products. Convenient location close to us and they have a parking lot. People who work here are very friendly and professional.

The delivery people repeatedly ignore delivery instructions. Don't count on receiving your order if you're not home.
