Some of us still miss that „Fresh Fields“ feeling. The recent renovation certainly has not helped to bring it back. The neighborhood store feeling is now gone completely. The long check out lines are close to impossible at times and I have walked out on several occasions. The wait at the express line is not any better and the Customer Service desk has now become an express check-out, adding to the confusion. Luckily, the quality of some of the food items have not suffered and lure me back, just not as often. „“

Whole Foods Market was selling Italian Sparkling water, with the Whole Foods logo, $6.99 beginning of 2020. That same year, the price went up to $7.49, which was reasonable. Same water went up to $8.99 in April 2022, only to go up to $9.99, again, in May 2022. The price gouging was taken to the attention of the MD attorney general, with no result, now, I'll try the FTC.

It's bad enough that Whole Foods is replacing all of the independently owned businesses from its shelves, but they also force online customers to choose only from their products by not showing other companies when you search their website (like Horizon and Organic Valley). They also force you to buy large quantities of fish and meat online and then they give you even more then you request. For example, I was forced to buy a minimum of 1.5 lbs. of chicken, but then the package I received weighed almost 2 lbs., which grossly inflated the cost of my purchase. I only wanted 1 lb. of chicken to begin with!!

Good morning I visit the Whole Foods in Wellington Florida on state road 7, I shop every Sunday the same time at 8am. We purchase deli from the same people each week who lack any social skills, they do not smile and almost make me feel bad to bother them. Today April 24, 2022 was by far the worst experience, I was at the store at 8am and a new person was there who by far the worst so far which led me to this email. My thoughts are maybe they are just unhappy with the corporate treatment that makes them dislike their job or the management at that store hires unhappy and unwelcoming people. I enjoy the food at Whole Foods but sad I have to encounter this problem and it’s the closest store to my home.

like I said amazon bought them out and all kinds of other store, everything they touch turns to dirt,in a yrs time you will not even reconize it it is all about changing everthing as we know it,overreaching power grabb ,a huge part of new world oder taking away all of our options with food supply,and not to mention speech they do not care about our health a sick world is a profitable one the only way out of this is to gather a community local where you live and bring to gether certified organic growers and animal farmers and go back to the old fashion barttering system, I grow maybe tomatos and cumumbers my niegbor grows potatos and sweet potatos,the next grws leafy greens ,the next differan beans the next chicken and eggs the next ,dairy and red meat ,the list goes on if an entire town pitches in in this way ( community farming ) it would be fresh, healthy and not to much on 1 person and you will help and know what your farmers are doing to your food ,there organic practises

I am extremely sad and angry at all the changes that have been made in Whole Foods since Amazon took over. Your Ganic section in produce is small and the produce is not of great quality the way it used to be. However the prices indicate that it should be great quality. I have stopped buying meat there entirely quite a while ago because of the changes that were made and I absolutely cannot trust where the meat is coming from at this point. You used to be able to trace it back because they would use a lot of local. and they always had Mary’s chicken which is an outstanding choice both humanely and organically. Now they give some kind of generic answer and you cannot trace back where it came from. So you can’t do any research on what the heck is in it you just have to believe them. Sorry not believing you because your quality in your whole store has gone down especially with customer service and the way you train your people. Unless it’s an emergency I will never shop there again it’s a very sad affair when this was a very big quality store. I used to love going there. Not anymore!

I visited whole foods in Boca on 3/28/2022. The customer experience was terrible. My fruit in a cup was not ripe yet. The customer service rep called me over because the shopping lines were long. She then disappeared. I didn't know where she went. In addition she was working on several other customers at the same time. I asked her to please advise to focus on one at a time. She yelled at me and said my job requires me to multitask customers. I almost left, but needed the food. When I got home my very expensive food was not packed properly and blueberries went all over the place. I will never return.
