Battery life totally underperformed what is advertised. Whistle GO explore, advertised as "average life of up to 20 days" ran out in 8 days, when it spent 90% of the time in wifi power saving mode and never left cellular coverage.

LOVE WHISTLE!!! I no longer have to try and figure out where my dog is if he gets out. He is a rescue hound dog and we've only had him for a month, so he really wants to get out and run in the woods. The first time he escaped I was panicked, posting on facebook, Nextdoor, and driving up and down streets trying to find him. My daughter was crying in the car as I was hoping to see our dog. Now I can find him easily and it comforts all of us. It's been such a life saver.

This product delivers. It has located our pet who escaped while we were on vacation. Now it tracks his behaviors related to allergies providing data to us and the vet. We initially got it to track him on our property but it provides us with so much more information. The tech folks behind it seem to be balancing our interest in our pet's behavior with a technology that's giving our family peace of mind.

Buyer beware I did not try the product so I can not say if it is any good or not, I will say this company has the worst customer service and I refuse to use any company that treats their customers as their customer service treated me. For shipping, there were two choices. Free shipping with USPS, or $14.99 and get it within 2 business days with UPS. Ordered product on a Wednesday, paid the $14.99 to get it by UPS. Got it Saturday from USPS. After calling in several times to find anyone, I finally got someone and when I tried to get a refund for the $14.99 because I didnt get the product from the delivery service that I had paid for, I was told no because "the service has already been used", Kyle N. who I was speaking with told me a supervisor would call me back. Next thing I know, he sends me an email stating that he is a supervisor and that I was rude to him. I am still waiting for the information to return the product.

we love our Whistle and the activity report clean and easy to use

Whistle has been great. It is useful not only in being able to track our mutt should he get loose, but in monitoring his health with the information the Whistle provides. Like, activity, sleep, scratching, etc.
