I lost my Whistle and tried to locate it with the help of your support rep. Patrick was very helpful, but ultimately i could not find it. However, he gave me a discount to purchase a new Whistle, which I did. So i'm very happy with the level of service i received.

For about 9 months the Whistle 3 was flawless! Then all the sudden issues began arising. I am unhappy with the decline quality of service W the Whistle 3 I purchased. In the last 6 months the battery life has decreased and it shows breach of boundary when the dog is in fact in the house. Sometimes by 200 miles! Battery life has gone from 6 days to 1. I have contacted Whistle at-least 4 times and the response is always the same to reset the wi fi to the collar. I have not been happy decline in service. I have followed the requested instructions via customer service and the Whistle 3 battery issue persists

Hi RS, I am so sorry for your experience with the battery life of your Whistle 3 tracker. Our devices need to be connected to WiFi for 90% of the time so that they can download latest firmware and GPS data in addition to putting the tracker in Power Saving Mode to extend the battery life. For now. Whistle is the best choice for us, primarily because of the longevity of the battery use before recharging. We got the Whistle to track our Houdini dog who finds ways to escape. I am looking forward to updates on the following. 1. A way to identify an area, especially a small backyard with Irregular geo points. The circle and rectangle are limited for this purpose. 2. A faster notification when the dog leaves the designated area. 3. A ways to communicate with the dog - vibration and / or recorded commands. 4. A smaller / thinner box to accommodate small dogs All in all whistle is a good choice for tracking and especially monitoring a dogs daily exercise and behaviors. Keep up the great work Whistle.
