I have 2 dogs and therefore 2 whistle trackers. I have replaced both but at different times. So when I needed to replace another I wanted to get the same type as the most recent purchase. This was difficult - I signed on to my account and couldn't figure out the type of the most recent replacement - I checked the app - same. Eventually I just guessed. It shouldn't be hard to find out this info. Steve

I would give Whistle 100+ stars How many stars can you possibly give for a product that has saved your pet’s life? I love my Whistle. I have given it to many people as gifts. They are all quite happy.Great product, great customer service.

Good product. Pros: The water resistance, improved mounting system that is less prone to failure or detachment, improved charge life and ability to enter low power mode, rapid charging, small size and low profile. Cons: Reliance on shrinking 2g network for signal, reduced reliability when in tracking mode with application hanging especially in rural areas or crowded city centers with highrises. Summary: Great support, kind people, good small compact unit for a majority of users in an urban or semi-urban environment with at least 2 bars of ATT 2G coverage. For professional uses you made need addd radio or satellite abilities. Once 5g is truly national, redesigning the device to that band may help.
