I recommend whistle to everyone with a dog. I wish I would have bought one sooner and has been useful for tracking my dogs when I let them run. Plus it's fun to see how much activity they have in a day / week.

I called Customer Support to see what the process was to upgrade my Whistle 3 to a newer Whistle. I spoke with Kim in Canada and she was very helpful. She helped me decide to buy the Whistle Go Explore and gave me useful information that I will need to set up my new Whistle when it arrives.
