We have trouble with connection from time to time. The battery seems to run down quickly. When the system is working properly it is GREAT!

This tracker has been awesome. It's accurate, and gives me diagnostics that I didn't know I wanted to know. Generally, it's been fast to update his location, though occasionally I've waited 5 min or more to get current location. Thats been a little disconcerting when urgently trying to find my dog, but I believe that may be the delay in the cell tower, not the tracker itself.

It was much easier to order a new Whistle device but really difficult to find how to order accessory extras to replace broken or lost accessories which made the overall experience somewhat dispiriting & a real content problem.

I bought a collar online. The company didn't warn me it didn't fit all GPS units. If they had done that, they wouldn't have snapped up my money for the wrong product. I don't have time for such trickery.

I have been very happy with my Whistle Go Explore. I ordered this and a Fi Smart collar, and the Whistle easily one. There's no base station required, and it's very accurate when your pet goes out of the safe zone. It's even small enough to use on my cat's collar, so I'm ordering another one for the cat. It's a touch big for a cat, but manageable for them and my cat used it for a day without any issues.

Just bought a pink whistle go in June. It worked fine for a few weeks but now it's going in-between reading my dogs Heath (scratching and licking) fine and then saying it doesn't have enough data. The collar is never taken off expect to recharge. My other 3 devices are working okay.

Whistle is like Fitbit for dog but better. Not only I can track her daily activities but I can also track her daily scratching and licking and be alerted when there's an anomaly. It's also nice to know where she is with the location tracking feature!
