Our dog, Lily is and escape artist. Once she had gone whole night (and came back, though) we had decided to get a tracking device for her. We picked Whstle. When she got out again, my husband saw her in the ranch next to us on Whistle app. He called her towards the ranch and. she came back!! What a relief!! And also, our another dig Daisy recently chewed her Whstle. I contacted support. The customer service, Anjana answered very promptly, and she was very helpful and resourceful. We just bought a new one! We are so happy with the product and are very satisfied with the support, as well. I highly recommend it!!

The Whistle Go Explore is a good product; however, there are quality control issues. Out of 5 devices I purchased, one has an issue. The device is still under their 1-year warranty. The device would not always indicate when my pet left the house; nor did the battery last very long. After 2 weeks worth of tests via Whistle support, I was still left with a tracker that I could not trust. Whistle will not replace it. Their support network, although friendly, is very disorganized. They do not go back and review your trouble history; as a result they run you through the same tests over and over. The best Whistle would do was to offer me 20% off a new device, despite the fact my faulty tracker and was still less than a year old. I believe in the product enough that I did purchase another tracker. This time I used my Platinum Mastercard to extend the warranty. Don't believe the claim of "Best in class support."

It’s an excellent product but there are too many in accurate readings when my dog is actually inside for safe zone.

I was having issues charging my dogs whistle device which I've had for three years with no problems. After finally getting it to reset with the help of the support rep, I realized that after 3 years it was time to replace it with a new one. The support rep, without prompting, gave me a code to get 20% off the new device and emailed me instructions on how to transfer the old account to the new device. I'm happy with my shopping experience with whistle. It is a great device and has helped me find my dog a few times in the last 3 years. Great peace of mind and can't imagine not having one. Thanks Whistle!

When I see the lost pets in my area it saddens me because all the owner had to do is invest in Whistle. If your pet means to you what Yeager means to me you would purchase this now!

worth the peace of mind.

Love this product! We live out in the country and spend a lot of time outside. She is not fenced in nor tied up. It gives us goals to reach for activity levels and on the rare chance that she decides to chase something out of her safe zone, I can walk right up to her location with the tracker. Peace of mind. On occasion it does not connect or has to reboot, that is my only frustration. Also some of the on-line tools to track her health could be improved.
