One of our pups lost his whistle, I contacted customer service and they sent another on within a week. Our other pup lost hers and I contacted customer service and I ordered a new , with GPS, should be fun when she looses it so we can find it. Excellent equipment and excellent customer service. Chip

Whistle Tagg gives me not only tracking information if he gets lost, but also valuable health information regarding activity, sleep patterns, and even if he is scratching or licking excessively. This prompted a trip to the vet and meds that have significantly improved his quality of life.

I really appreciate your product and it works very well. However, an improvement would be ... could you create a safe zone around my phone so that if my dog is more than 150' away from the phone I would receive an alert notification. or perhaps even it was just out of Bluetooth range I could get an alert. The technician who helped was very straightforward with resolving the issue. Asked if I ever encountered this same problem before and told me that because our whistle device was out of warranty and that he couldn't replace it which is what needed to be done for battery issue we were having. He offered a discount on the purchase of a new device and explained the differences in the devices available today, and thanked us for being loyal customers. Now that's true customer service!
