Need to improve tracking - often tracking not available for up to 10 min Need to decrease size - our dog is on the small side and is skinny. A smaller tracking device would be more suitable. Also more comfortable when she sleeps without a big clunky device under her neck. Battery quality - Runs out of battery too often. Improved locking mechanism- this is the third tracker I've replaced.

It’s supposed to update every 6 minutes but it sometimes takes more than an hour to locate device. Maybe it’s at&t that is at fault but this is bad for the cost.

The battery only last a couple hours,at best. Not days.Also not accurate. App showed the dog hundreds of feet away in a different direction while I was tracking him when he took off in the woods. Location lags terribly App will tell you the dog is back home 1/2 hour after he really is. It will show you all the places the dog has been.... after he's already home.. I won't be renewing the yearly subscription,waste of money.

We bought a Whistle after poor customer support on another brand of GPS. What a difference in quality and customer service! We had issues with the device that connects to the dog’s collar after a couple of months, but customer service was good. I finally figured out that the safest wsy to keep the device on the dog was to buy the Whistle collar. I recommend buying their collar if you want to ensure you keep the GPS on the dog. We are very happy with the Whistle and would buy one again.
