Easy to use and great to keep track team

Very quick response to a chat request and complete answer to my question. Easy shopping - hope the device works as well as the shopping experience was good.

We have two Awesome dogs. One is clearly the alpha and the other follows her wherever she goes. Sadie (the alpha) is a beagle/border mix and is a ranger. She will range a pretty long way from home if she gets out of the fence. We have a few acres so it's rare for her to get out. When she does, she is easy to locate with the Whistle 3. I will get on my dirt bike and go towards her and, because she likes to ride with me, she will come towards me when she hears the motor. Boomer is usually right in tow with her. However, Boomer is really afraid of thunderstorms and loses complete control of his brain and emotions when they occur. Sometime around 3:00am yesterday morning, we had a thunderstorm and, for whatever reason, Boomer decided the best place to hide was not in the basement but the woods out back. Being a very strong beast, he chewed through and broke one of the slats on the fence and escaped. Sadie couldn't fit through the space and Boomer was on his own. So, there was no way to pinpoint him. However, we were able to at least pinpoint the time that he left the fence due to Sadie's proximity when he went missing. We feared the worse because when he gets out, he usually stays close to home. This time, He was just gone. Thanks to social media, and the measures we have already taken to help someone locate us, we were able to track him down. Once we found him (about 11:00 am yesterday) I decided to get him a whistle 3 of his own. I called whistle and they were able to offer me a significant discount on the second whistle 3. If you love your dogs as much as we do, get this product. You won't be disappointed. One thing I will say is that you need to be diligent about charging your whistle 3 as it provides a lot of data about your pet and, depending on your settings, can go through the battery pretty quickly. We have decided that shutting the dog door at bedtime and charging their Whistles every other night or so is the best option. It will give you alerts on when your pet leaves the wireless area as well as battery updates via email and sms. Great product and would highly recommend it.

I haven't received the product yet, but I loved the customer support. I was able to get all my questions answered via text on my time and at my leisure, as questions would arise. We recently lost our cat and we had 2 children plus myself crying at the thought of never finding him again. After hours of searching he finally came back, but can't wait to use Whistle and hand peace of mind. Thank you Whistle and Sarah!!!
