Description of products isn’t great. Just needed replacement bands/holder thing for my dogs Whistle because the one it came with has started to tear and it’s kinda hard to tell that’s what I just ordered. Even the picture doesn’t look like the bands that secure it on the collar.

I just got off the phone with one of the best sales representatives I have ever experienced. His name is Divine. And he was divine!!! He answered all of my questions with great patience. He offered me a tremendous discount since I was purchasing two devices. He also offered me a free month's subscription per device. I will be contacting him to help me set up each device once they are received in the mail. Divine told me to contact him via his email and he would call me to help set up the devices. I was totally pleased with his customer service savvy!! I could not have asked for anything else!! Thank you!!

The support person was fast and accurate. Got me the link I needed in about a minute. Then I ordered. The info on the product itself was too spare, so I ordered two when one might have done. The ordering process was fine. I;m surprised I never got an email about the new snap on W3 things.

Love it! Never disappointed, I swear by whistle and this was one of the first purchases that I knew I had to get when we adopted our newest addition to our home. I will never have a dog without a whistle. Thank you for a great product!
