Not real impressed with customer service. I emailed your company and got no response to my email. Easy to put contact as email so it can be ignored, and no number for contact.

Whistle has been great it gives me a peace of mind that if my dogs happen to wonder off I will be able to locate them.

Very easy to navigate the website. All information is easy to obtain. Good description of the products and pictures of each item. Very easy to shop and decide which items to select.

First experience was the morning I set up Whistle and then drove to work I had a notice my dog was 0.5 miles from house. I called home immediately because sometimes our kids leave front door open (why we bought this) and she was asleep on couch in house. Took her for a walk this evening and kept getting texts that system was trying to update but having problems.

No issues and most of all no surprises. Package was delivered on time ordered a collar for our whistle tracked. Very well made a little on the thick side for a small dog but works.
