They assisted me in getting a replacement connector for my whistle gps even though it's warranty had expired. The older device had a rubber connector that would wear out fairly quickly. They reengineered it's connector so it is much more sturdy. The device itself has worked great assisting me in locating my wandering dog. He loves to dig out of the fence and visit the neighborhood.

The collar, even the small one is too big for small dogs and cats. I had to order a separate piece to see if I can put the whistle device on another collar. Felt like they should be included in the original package.

Had to cycle through a lot of "extras" before the CHECKOUT appeared. Then my coupon didn't "take" so I had to repeat the process 3 times before I could check out. Whistle makes a good product but the checkout process is too confusing. SIMPLIFY please!
