I love our Whistle!

100% device failure over 5 years with 10+ units. Warranty is useless as devices fail shortly after warranty expiration. GPS tracking service is highly unreliable, and only option if device fails is to buy another one. You are buying a disposable system that you should be prepared to replace every 14 months, with a GPS tracking service that won't be able to locate your pet 30%-40% of the time. 2 stars because their is no real alternative, so they are the best of the worst.

Ordering online was quick and easy.

The product is the best on the market- which is the reason I gave it 4 stars. The one negative is the battery life. The product is advertised saying the battery life is approximately 5-7 days. The reality is that the charge, lasts for 36 hours to three days. The offset is that the tracker is easy to remove and charge.

I love the Whistle. I have two dogs and both have them! The only thing.. I wish they were a little smaller BUT still rate them 5 stars.

Don’t hold up very well with a water dog. Having to replace again. Happy with the service but the device needs to be improved.

Excellent item. This is my second one I ordered.

I am exceptionally happy with my Whistle’s! The Customer Service Representative was so helpful, and so very patient. She walked me through the process on the first one. Then we discovered there was a problem with the second ones charger. Switched it over to the other charger, and proceeded to set the second one up. Extremely grateful for her patience, and ability to work with someone who is not totally tech savvy.
