Great service

Numerous false notifications that my dog is out of the yard. Battery failed and had to charge the unit daily (used to last 5-6 days on a single charge). Tech support via email is extremely delayed and not helpful.

So far ...good ! Need a little more time to evaluate!

Excellent service. Have a Pit bull escape artist. He’s handsome. He’s clever. He’s affectionate. He loves people. He likes to get out of the back yard. Over the fence (kids trampoline), under it, through it (knocks boards out). Loves to cruise the neighborhoods. We’ve got him back dozens of times due to Whistle and lots of caring people in the Woodlands. Buy this. If you don’t like it I’ll pay for it.

We love our Whistle. Not only does it give us peace of mind in the event our dogs every wander away from home but it shows us their activity levels. Also, their customer service is top-notched. Highly recommend to all pet owners.

Update: I am on my third Whistle for my cat. There is one major weakness with this device. There is no audible tone you can initiate when it is lost. Even though the GPS gets you close, you can be right on top of it and not see it. I have suggested this improvement to Whistle, but they have not acted on it. Instead, they added a light, which is weak and useless. As a workaround, I added a Tile to my cat's collar. This has saved me from buying many more Whistles. So, if you decide to buy this, beware and buy a Tile too. If another company adds this feature, I will go to them. Great product. Works wonderfully. I have one product improvement suggestion - Add a feature that allows you to make the unit beep. This can be used to train the pet and to find a lost unit.
