great system. easy to track dog and see how much exercise he is getting. only wish the charge would last a little longer

The following is a reply written to an email sent to me by Whistle after I filled out a survey from them. In the 4 months of owning this system, we have had more false reports than you could believe. This is just the latest in a long series. The survey was sent after we contacted Whistle concerning the battery life and false reports/alarms of our dog not being home. Their answer was there is current software glitch they are working to correct; however, these reports have been occurring since we purchased the product. "Your system is ridiculous. This morning, at 1:34 am, while we were at home asleep, we received text messages that Zoie was 42 miles from home, although she was asleep under our bed. Just 4 minutes ago, we received texts stating that she was now at home. This is not a simple error! Obviously, you have major issues with your system. How can we use or trust Whistle? We will rate this on Google. We most likely will stop using it and cancel our subscription, unless your company comes up with a viable solution that actually can be trusted. As of now, though, we feel that we have been wasting our money.

I wish the whistle sensor was more low profile. I my dogs are playful and like to bite each others necks. I have replace one if my dogs sensors 4 time cause the other bites it and chews it off.

The Whistle Go Explore did no fit my dog's 1.1" wide collar, which worked fine with my Whistle 3. It took me an hour of searching on support and having to watch a video before I found out you had a simple hook and loop alternative. And that simple device won't ship for 4 days, and delivery time after that, during which time my dog is not protected.

Very dissatisfied with my experience in ordering a replacement. Emailed Whistle this morning letting them know I had yet to receive email with shipping information. I did receive a delivery email. I hope my order is on my porch when I get home.
