I have found in the 3 + years my dog has had a Whistle, of one type or another, their customer service has always been top notch with resolving the very few problems I've encountered. When my dog's last Whistle developed a crack from being dropped they replaced it no questions. Great to work with.

Love that there was a discount code emailed to us from PawBoost once we reported our girl found! However the code they sent (HOME30) didn’t work. We purchased anyways, of course! The comparison charts made it very easy to make a decision!

We love the whistle!!!!!! Great peace of mind that if our dog runs off we can track him. The last one we bought barely lasted a year and stopped working. Every time we called customer service they gave us other things to try and nothing worked. I finally got tired of trying and just bought a new device. Hopefully this one lasts longer and the battery last as long as it says!!!!

Liked the Whistle Go tracker, but had to return the collar that I bought at the same time and had a hard time figuring out how to initiate a return via their website. Their website doesn't offer any information on returns other than the Q&A that says not to mail anything to them without first initiating a return (not helpful). Tried to contact them via multiple ways (including the live chat function that didn't appear to be working at the time) and eventually received a reply a few days after submitting a support ticket. Their support staff were helpful at that point, but they really need to do something about this for future customers. I've been told that they've forwarded my feedback to the correct department and they will look into it, but so far I haven't seen any changes to their site.
