Number one--although I left my number for a call back from customer service, I never received one. When I called back, I had to hold for over 40 minutes. I don't know what has happened to this company, but it really seems to have gone downhill. I had one of the original TAGG trackers so I know. I was sold a Whistle 3 literally days before the new Whistle GO/Explore was released. I asked for and received a $50 credit. It was less than obvious how that credit would be applied when I received a listing for the product at full amount. I had to write back at least 3 times before it was adequately explained to me that the credit would not show up until I made my purchase. Why was this so difficult! Level of communication of customer service seems to have really decreased. I used to feel like I was speaking to someone on site who knew what they were talking about, instead of having to look everything up. Please get your act together. I like your product, BUT there has to be better customer service available to deal with issues.

I've had the Whistle Go on my cat for over a week now and in a dense neighborhood setting the accuracy is really all over the place. For instance, the other day I had the device sitting on the charger at home while I was at work, and in the middle of the day I got an alert that my cat was across the neighborhood. I do live in a densely packed neighborhood with lots of trees, but it shouldn't register that my cat is a couple blocks away when the tracker is in my house charging.... I'm still going to use it in the event my cat decides to wander farther than normal, but for a quick check on his location in the immediate neighborhood it's relatively inaccurate.

The product and customer service are second to none. We have used multiple Whistle trackers on our VERY active dogs since the company began and there is absolutely no “competitor” that comes close. Our dogs NEVER leave home without their Whistles on!

I just got my Whistle for my husky. Yesterday I took him around the block. It showed he had just ran down the street! Today I tested it while I took him to the compost facility with me. It showed him much further in the desert than what he really was! I'm glad he wasn't really loose and running around out in the desert. I would have been searching an area he wasn't even close to. He was at least 3/4 to a mile away in my truck with me!. So far I am not impressed with it!

Love it! Piece of mind knowing I should be able to find my dog if she gets loose and cool that it's an activity tracker too!
