I think if you are going to require customers to upgrade they should be able to use the coupon code even with the bundle. This is the 2nd time I have been required to buy a new unit (3 units purchased total) because my service would no longer work without the purchase. Your discounts should be more loyal customer friendly.

Product does not work as described can not track my animal when he’s in the safe zone does not notify me when he leaves the safe zone I haven’t been able to track him out of the safe zone because the track button isn’t lit this product is for animals that wander a distance from from home and it should be sold that way

Love this device! I have two and trade them out when one gets low. That way there is no interruption in my baby's tracking.

I have been using whistle for a couple of years . I’m mostly happy with it . However the tracker battery life was not very long and there have been a few times when my dog lost his Coller and I had a hard time tracking the exact location. I’m excited about the upgrade though which will fix all those issues
