Should have given me $30.00 dollars off each tag. We have been customers since 2014. Seems every two years we need to upgrade the tags for our 4 dogs. It would be nice if embroidering was offered because I would definitely get that done.

Hello Lucas, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. In all of our descriptions on our website for the collar attachments, they all say "attachment for Whistle GO and Whistle GO Explore." I do see on your account that you do have the Whistle 3, I don't believe the attachment you ordered will fit your device. I can refund this order to you and send you a collar attachment for the Whistle 3 if you'd like, I can do this free of charge. I also reached out to our management and web design department and asked if maybe they could add in bold "These attachments will not work for Whistle 3.". Just reply back Lucas and let me know what you'd like to do.

While the site had a lot of information about the various products offered I was frustrated by the fact there is no clear information about the cost of the monthly subscription service (had to find on other sites (blogs/articles) and it isn’t clear that you need to purchase a collar in addition to the device.

Hello Heather, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. Sorry to hear that the website wasn't quite clear enough about the subscription plan needed to have the Whistle device to function, we do have this posted on several pages of our website including the page right next to the "add to cart" button. When you click the learn more button it also says in there as well. The reason a subscription plan is required is because these devices run off of the AT&T 4G network and uses their cell towers in order to communicate and allow you to track your pet and use the GPS function. It's pretty much like a little cell phone for your pet, and in order to use the AT&T network, you need to pay a subscription plan, just like you need to with your current cell phone. As for the collar, you do not need to purchase the collar, this is a collar that you can connect the device to, but the actual Whistle devices comes with two attachments that you can use to add to your pet's current collar.
