Easy to navigate. I really liked the comparison charts and they made me decide to upgrade the product I was going to order.

Been a subscriber for years. Had to (Verizon stopping 2G service) upgrade to the lastest tracker recently. Like the added light feature (slow/fast blinking or always on). Do not like the bracket with which to connect the tracker to the collar. I have a reflective one which is rather thick and the bracket size hardly accommodates it which is a real problem when I have to take the tracker off to recharge it. Otherwise - GREAT.

The shopping experience was great. I'm hopeful that the tracking feature of the new GO Explore will be an improvement over the previous generation of Whistle.

good product, really bad customer service.

I am on my 3rd Whistle. I like the newer clip to connect the tracker to his collar, it is much sturdier. The old rubber clip broke and that is how we lost the 2nd Whistle. I love the Whistle, it has helped us find Tucker 3 different times when he has dug under sheds or decks and we couldn’t see or hear him.

Hi there. The trackers have changed alot since I bought mine through Tagg. I think a little more description of how they work and now you can have more than one safe zone would help. I think you are guessing that people will figure that out in the app. But since you now have competition I would up your game to keep them down. :-) I just bought one of your new trackers since Verizon soon will not be supporting the old Tagg. It worked great and many more years than I expected. Keep up the good work.
