How does one order a spare charger for a Whistle Go? The web site has a "charging cable" but not a "charger," for the Whistle Go and Whistle Go Explore. I ordered the cable, hoping it's actually a charger and is poorly named. If it's not a fully-functional charger, it will be returned.

Needed help on the website. Had to call for explanation of range and equipment. They were very good. Auto answering machine needs updates. Still referring to the hurricane 2 weeks ago.

We love Whistle and so does my cat. Without Whistle he would not be allowed outside. But he is not allowed out without me being in the yard with him. We travel and he goes with us so Whistle let's me know where he is and I don't have to worry.
