The whistle just works. Plain and simple. I love my dog and knowing where he is any and all the time is extremely reassuring.

I purchased two Whistle go and paid for them with the expedited shipping only to find out two days later that the items are on back order. No where on my invoice did it say that they were on back order. I called customer service and wanted to change my order to the Whistle that wasn't on back order and they told me i couldn't change my order because it had been sent to the fulfillment desk??Which didn't make sense because the item couldn't be fulfilled because it was on back order. After a lot of going back and forth with customer service they finally issued me a refund . i then had to place a whole new order. i've been a whistle customer for many years and this is the worst experience that i've had with them.

Horrible customer service. Requested and paid expedited delivery to replace a dead Whistle after 18 months. Sent USPS instead of UPS as referenced on the order. Spoke with service the first time to get it resolved. Informed that it would be taken care of and re-shipped and told i would get a phone call back in 5 mins to confirm. Had to call back a day later due to no follow up only to be informed that it was re-shipped the exact same way! Both instances sent through the wrong delivery method resulting in not having the Whistle in time so that we can leave our pet with family for the weekend while we are gone. After clearly explaining why we requested the expedited delivery and need for UPS, TWICE, service still couldn't grasp the logic! Very disappointed!

Cant wait to try them out. They seems awesome. Gave 4 stara because you have to pay a subscription for each one :(

The size collar I wanted is out of stock in every color. I tried Chat, but no one was there, even during working hours. I wanted to find out when they would be back in stock. I appreciate the upgrade discount from Whistle for those of us with older models who have to purchase new ones. The website is nice. Every aspect has been addressed how Whistle works.

Works great last 4 years. It has enabled us to locate out dog about a dozen times. One time on a first visit to a mountain farm, we might never have recovered our dog without the aid of his whistle.

My first Whistle tracker worked great! Looking forward to the new whistle that has a longer battery life.
