Honest opinion it works great every body should have one worth every dollar

Got the wrong collar the first time I tried to order. Couldn’t find a way to correct the order right after it was submitted. Sent an email to support asking the order be corrected and got the wrong collar anyway. Now I can’t easily find how to get a return authorization. BTW— I’ve submitted this order for the correct collar I need.

The product is excellent. This will be our 3rd. The order process is a bit cumbersome, especially for a logged in returning customer.

Why are you asking me to review my product now after just ordering? I thought this was to review your website shopping experience. BTW your checkout page sucks... I can only guess as to how your product works as I don't have it yet!!! If it is shopping experience review, Honestly your checkout via PayPal sucks. After logging into PayPal your directed back to your payment page, I'm looking for a "continue" or "confirm order" button but there is none. Just a "continue shopping" button. After logging into PayPal I tried the "continue shopping" button which had choose shipping and a way to finish transaction. its very confusing, i hope i ordered only 1 whistle product...

Website is easy to navigate, quick response, and easy/secure payment process. I live in country, have 4 dogs (all chipped) but they are adventurous dogs that stay away from people so chip does not help me locate them. We have a large fenced area but they do manage to get out somehow, sometimes even after our best efforts. Whistle enables my family to know when they get out with safe zone alert and we are able to use app and locate. Before Whistle, one of our dogs was gone for 3 weeks and we did all the things you do for a lost dog....we continually looked and called. He came back but was in really rough shape (was caught in snare trap, part was still attached to leg....he had to gnaw off lower part of his front leg becoming a 3-legged dog and he was so, so skinny...it broke our hearts). After that point, Whistle became a necessity for us and gives us peace of mind. Thank you Whistle!!
