Excellent service great product

Whistle is a fantastic product. It has helped us to find our Great Pyrenees at night on a few different occasions.

Kassidy was prompt and helpful in reassuring me that we will have good AT&T coverage in both our NH and CT locations, although Verizon is generally preferred in our area. We hope she is right.

Customer service could not possibly be worse. Representatives can not be reached after noon (according to the recorded message, they are attending a training session “today”–but the recording was there very time I called for WEEKS, and in the morning you won’t get a human until s/he calls you back much later). When I finally got through, I was told “just go online and order it”😡 Of course the problem I had online reoccurred, so I was left to emailing the rep, who has still not helped me at all. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE.

I love the thought of being able to find my Dog if she should get lost. Great peace of mind. Well worth the money!

The gang at Whistle are amazing. One of my dogs likes to chew on the others collar and ended up puncturing the Whistle and it no longer worked. Whistle promptly sent me a new one at no cost to me. The Whistle Go Explore has amazing battery life. I can go almost a month without charging. I used to have the Whistle 3 and I was charging it every day. Thank you Whistle!!
