Great product, easy to install, works as advertised. When I ordered it, they called me to make sure I ordered the correct unit, for the correct application, and that I had prepared my environment to ensure I would be getting exactly what I needed and expected.

So far two HVAC companies have failed to get the unit working properly. Both companies called customer service for assistance in troubleshooting, but the issue is still unresolved. On the last customer service call 6 days ago they stated that an engineer would call back, but they have not yet called back.

This is our fourth Whisperkool unit. The company is very responsive to any problem with the unit. They replaced our second unit when it was determined to be defective. The company reps call to ensure you are selecting the correct product and offer helpful tips and advice on maintaining the units. It is working well!
