Excellent Service. My cellar was not maintaining a desired 55 degrees. They quickly diagnosed that the unit was undersized and discounted a purchase of a larger unit. It arrived ahead of the promised date and went in without a problem. Now the cellar maintains 55 degrees and runs less than half the time.

Can’t say enough about whiisperkool!! My first XLT setries unit lasted 12 years with no issues. I just recently purchased a new sc 3000i unit to replace old unit and couldn’t be more happier with new model and customer support during the purchase process. Keep up the amazing work !!

Took forever to order. Temp varies from 54 to 56 not sure why as the others that I had always stayed on 55. Great engineering.

The company has a reliable product and excellent customer service. We recently had to replace a 12 year old Whispercool unit. My customer service representative sent me extensive information on how to troubleshoot my problem, and ultimately I replaced the older unit with the discount offered to existing customers.
