ONE HUNDRED PERCENT
It's wonderful when a person exceeds your expectations. So far my experience with Whimstay has been fantastic. As easy as their web interface is to use, I still made a blunder while reserving a property. I'm new to Whimstay and this was my first experience with the company and their website. Fortunately for me, they made it super easy to reach out and let them know about my mistake and my issue. Jennifer C. resolved my issue in record time. I would definitely recommend Whimstay. This customer is 100% satisfied.

Can not cancel for any reason
My wife and I accidentally double booked for a recent trip. We caught the mistake within an hour but whimstay would not let us cancel. Terrible company to work with and we will never use them again. I advise everyone to stay far away from this sham of a company and book directly with the property management company.

Amazing experience dealing with Autumn!
Had an amazing experience dealing with Autumn! Autumn responded to my email within a couple of hours and was able to process my cancellation very quickly! Needless to say, we were disappointed, we could not see Bruce Springsteen, but we were very happy with the Wednesday service! Will definitely deal with whimstay again in the future!

Our experience was GREAT!
We were looking for a vacation place to stay by the beach. I have always booked through VRBO for other vacations and when I was looking I found a condo through Whimstay that was literally walk out to the beach. Plus it was cheaper than any other place that I was looking at through other compaines. It was very clean it had 24/7 check-in. It had all the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels so we could go and enjoy the beach. Someone called the next day after check in to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already begun to look at their other listing for our next trip!

My mistake the Whimstay team to the rescue!
When I made a mistake for the date of my reservation and reached out on a Sunday, the Whimstay team was quick to respond and update my reservation to the correct dates. I appreciated their great customer service!
