This is by far the best company I have every had the pleasure of doing business with. We had a couple of issues with heated vests we ordered and the customer service is the best I have ever delt with. Customer service took care of any issue we had very promptly and communication was the best part of the whole experience. They stand by there products and there products are very well made. Thank you for the great experience.

I had a great experience with this Weston! I purchased a heated vest about two years ago, and recently the battery pack started to expand. Unfortunately, I couldn't find my receipt and couldn't remember which email address or shipping address I had used when placing the original order. Their customer service team went above and beyond to help me track down my order number so they could get a replacement sent out. They were helpful, patient, and made the entire process easy and hassle-free. While having to replace a battery pack was certainly not something I expected, the way this company handled the situation speaks volumes about their customer service and commitment to their customers. I would absolutely buy from this company again! It's easy to judge a company when everything goes right, but how they handle a problem is what really matters. They earned my continued business and my recommendation!

I have ordered 3 products from weston so far - A jacket last year and socks and gloves this year - can beleive I ever did cold outdoor stuff without these products - quality all the way. I had a delivery issue with USPS that resulted in my gloves sitting in the rain for 2 days and ruining the box and waterlogging the batteries. Customer service was all over it and sent new batteries no questions asked. Great products. Great customer service

Thought I had made a mistake on an order and giving the wrong delivery address. I reached out to support and within minutes, they assured me the correct address was noted. Incredible response!!!! Hope the heated gloves are as good as the customer support. Looking forward to them.

Oustanding service and a very quick response to a battery problem I was having. I wish all companies were as efficient as Weston.
