What hasn't gone wrong i purchased a car thru mars auto sales and westlake is the ones who financed my car I made 2 pmts and they charged me an nsf fee when my account was up to date. I paid it early and repeatably ask them not to charge my account on the 18th well on the 18th they tried to debit for a payment that wasn't even due and they won't take the nsf fee off they said has to be there fault wtf it was there fault. This company needs to burn to the ground when u do by chance get to talk to a human which I did once and he reapeted everything over ansmd over again and six u can always hang up then transfered to another incompetent associate. Worst finance company by far if u hear westlake walk out and dont finance shit thru them 20% interest with a 725 credit score.

Es la financiera más mala irresponsables hasta trataron de vender mi vehículo sin tener un mes tarde lo llevaron a una subasta a venderlo a Tampa y tuve que pagar a una towing para regresarlo a Miami lo pague total hace 2 meses y no me mandan el título solo tienen costumer Services que repiten lo mismo párese que trabajan desde casa no hay supervisor no hay con quien hablar para resolver solo cortan las llamadas para que otro agente responda si llamas 20 veces es lo mismo no tiene un número de títulos con quien responda es lo peor de lo peor puse una estrella para poder poner el comentario tengo pruebas y evidencias de lo que digo mi nombre es Carlos Hender Arellano #21114594 payoff 21 de marzo 2026 etcétera etc etc

I havent’t received my vehicle title or lien release after 5 months of the loan being paid off! No answer from them and after paid off the sent me a “refund” of $79 that I can only get by creating a credit/debit account with them! That needs to be investigated. Seems like a scam.

If you're trying to buy a car and you hear the car lot say they go through. West lake financial, just get up and leave. West lake financial is the worst company that you could ever deal with. You can never reach a representative and they will counsel you're contract without any realistic warning at a drop of a dime. This is by far the worst financial company that you could ever deal with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They truly suck!!!

I do not like the fact that I cannot speak to a person. I have tried several different numbers.... you CANNOT talk to a person! That is crazy! I have a situation that needs explanation, I need to talk to a person! I refuse to work with this finance company again!

If you're trying to finance a car and, at any point, the dealer says, "Westlake Financial," just walk away! End the deal right there, don't buy, just get up from the chair and walk out! Otherwise, you're going to have a completely miserable experience talking to one AnswerBot after another, and you MIGHT (but probably won't) talk to a human if the planets align, and that human is going to have a rotten attitude and give you nothing but non-answers until they blow you off. I got a 2017 Ford Escape from Brinson Ford of Athens, Texas last year (and don't worry, THEIR review is coming too), but the Escape turned out to be an absolute lemon with a neverending series of mechanical problems and failures, starting with gear-shifting that I can only describe as "violent" and adding more from there. Therefore, that Escape is now a $10,000 lawn ornament, it's not going ANYWHERE because it's losing so much antifreeze that, if I don't carry several jugs of antifreeze in the Escape and stop to refill the reservoir every ten miles or so, the engine will burn up, and replacing the engine would cost more than the entire Escape is worth! But will Brinson Ford and/or Westlake Financial let me out of this bad deal? NOPE! So now I'm stuck with this Escape that I can't drive anywhere, and all I can do now is to pay off the remaining $9,000 or so that I'm stuck paying off Westlake, so that I can FINALLY sell the Escape to a scrapyard and recover a small fraction of my losses. Friends don't let friends deal with Westlake Financial. And you can consider me your friend, because Westlake sure as Hades isn't!

Would not except the fact that a product was defective and refused to replace it with similar item. Pressured for payment that was refused because of defects. 4 months later stole the item and 1 month later sold the item. Expect to still get paid by party for defective item
