I would give half a star if I could worst shipping in the world 2 full weeks and still no products. No email from the company. This place is a SCAM I could of driven to Vegas and back in the two weeks since I placed my order. Any new customers should read this before buying any thing half a star service just to be fair.

DON’T ORDER !!! The prices r reasonable & they may advertise a product that nobody else has in stock, but still “DON’T ORDER”. It has taken 2 weeks since I placed my order to receive tracking numbers, but it’s still sitting at their office. I emailed them twice, called several times but calls went to full voicemail. I really hope I receive my order but I will never order from West Coast again. It’s a very poorly ran business. I only wish I read all the negative reviews prior to ordering.

I haven't received my order. I paid for it 11 days ago. I expected delays. They took my money and dont even reply to customers for delays or hold ups. They said on their website if there was gonna be a problem with orders they would contact us. That is a lie. I've contacted them over 5 times and nothing. I dont recommend ordering from them unless you feel like throwing away your money. They should at least tell customers about delays and be in contact with customers specifically if they are taking our money...not fair!!!

It's amazing how many reviewers are complaining during a pandemic. Perhaps have some foresight when placing an order to 'west coast vape supply's and think about how that side of the country is being hit by covid 19. I've been ordering from this company for months and when we aren't in the midst of a global pandemic I usually get my e juice in 2-3 days. Further they have the best deals as far as bundles go that I've seen so far. Premium juices for 11$ a piece. All these people complaining should be grateful that this company is even staying open during these strange times. A bunch of entitled snobs if you ask me

I placed an order on 3/31/2020. After 7 business days if waiting for my order I emailed them. I received no reply. I emailed them 3 more times and finally got a reply with a link to check my order. The link provided nothing. It was an order summary. By 4/10/2020 and no other replies I got fed up and filed a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. Then I contacted my bank. This company basically stole $65.38 from me. Do NOT buy from this company.

Highly recommend you stay far away from this company. Your orders do not get fulfilled, their customer service may not exist and they charge you for products you never receive.

Like many other costumer reviews, orders over ten days ago , billing went through, then nothing. No tracking of order no response by phone, email. I believe them to be non existent!follow.. the order did come 2weeks after this post!
