It always takes forever for them to ship your order. I'm going on 3 weeks so if you need some juice better order at half a bottle lol. I always eventually get my order.

i gave them two stars because of their delivery if they would use usps i can get my items in 2-3 days but with what they are using now it takes almost 3 weeks and that dont make sense if they dont want bad reviews do better and use usps so ppl can get their items in a timely manner i wont use them again i use to order from them a lot and i left them cause of this issue and the issue is ongoing and will never stop

I'm unsure why this company is a hit and miss. My last order came without any issue but this time it's now been 3 days since a label was printed and my order hasn't been received by USPS. I need this order to arrive- its vape juice which is rather important... if it were anything else I wouldnt mind the wait but they're dealing with people that need their nicotine fix. I just sent a message to them but after reading reviews I have a feeling I wont be getting a response. I'll give it a week before calling my bank since that's the amount of time to wait before filing a claim

The bad reviews are accurate. Ordered on a Monday, website says 24-48 hrs processing. Started reading reviews (should have read reviews before ordering, I normally do) on Tuesday. By Wednesday morning there was no indication that they were doing anything with my order. On Thursday morning I called and spoke with someone. She informed me that the reason the order had not been processed was bc the color of one of the mods I ordered was not in stock. Offered to get it out that day if I wanted to select another color. This was totally fine with me. Finally shipped late thurs night and I received it Saturday. Unfortunately on Saturday it was short one of the items I ordered. Wouldn’t have been that big a deal if I hadn’t had the earlier issue. Called on Monday about missing item and was told to email a specific dept about it. Ok fine, no biggie. BUT they wanted me to include a picture of the packing list and the items that I did receive. Now I didn’t have a problem doing this but I did get a good laugh at it, logically it’s flawed reasoning to take a picture to prove I DIDN’T receive an item. I had informed them in the email to just issue me a credit as I planned to give them another shot and just order some more ejuice and chubby bottles. Two days later I still had not received any reply from them. Called again on the 3rd day out from email, and the girl said first that the item had been shipped. When I expressed unhappiness at this as I had already purchased a replacement at a store for that item and that I had indicated I wanted either a credit or a refund in the email she said wait, let me check. Returned and let me know that they had processed the refund and she just made sure it went through, showed up on my bank acct 1 day later. So to wrap up; products are actually good, we’re happy with everything we received. If you call it’s hit or miss whether you will reach someone and their voicemail is full. They seem to try to operate solely on email. Don’t expect your order to be correct and don’t expect them to notify you in a timely manner if they don’t have an item in stock. Basically seems like a small company that’s very poorly run and probably grew much too fast. We won’t be using them again, too much hassle IMO.
