I placed an order on 3/20/20. Today is 3/27/20 and not only has it not shipped, I have emailed them twice and called numerous times. No one is answering, no one is responding to my emails. They charged me $70.00 on 3/20/20. This is complete fraud. I am a good, loyal customer. This is an awful way to treat loyal customers.

I only gave a star so I could review. Ordered on 3/12, waited for 3 business days as it says 24-48hrs to process. No update or tracking so I emaild since the voice mail is always full. After 11 days and 5 emails with no response I realize I am not getting my nic salts. BBB has 37+ complaints currently and Now mine as well. Went to bank today to report fraud and get a charge back.

They have some good deals on SubOhm Salt juices that I am interested in, so for a few things I am interested in trying if it's not too pricey I'll order from these guys. I have no clue where they are based in (assume California as that's the only info I can find about them), my only gripe is the shipping seems to be kind of expensive for the cheapest method which is 3 Business Day Shipping. (The Packages for a little 60ml bottle ends up wrapped up in bubble wrap stuff that is pretty tough to get through but it always arrives intact). My gripes (no clue if it's them or just the mail service) is that the cheapest shipping method (USPS First Class Package 3 business days ) are shipping used to be kind of pricey to start and now it's gone up in price even more ($6.57 USD, was less before by about 50 cents to a dollar) which would be fine if it arrived in 3 business days because that's what I paid for. Usually it takes at least 5-7 business days, so if I'm running low I have to order a refill about a week ahead. I had ordered about 5-6 times the same juice to the same address and this past time they sent me a different juice on accident. Totally not their fault though, the juice box and bottle look EXACTLY the same as the one I usually order, the only difference is the name. Kind of bad design by whoever created the e-liquid since they didn't notice and I didn't notice it wasn't the right liquid until I started vaping it and noticed it was the wrong flavor. I sent them an e-mail to their customer support and they sent me an e-mail label to print out to send the juice back, sadly I forgot to mention that I had already opened the package and bottle (maybe they moved a little too fast on printing the label but could also be my fault), and it seemed like they were probably a little peeved by the fact that they might have paid for a shipping label I was going to print and send me the original juice that I had ordered. I did not request this, told them if I needed to I would be willing to just hold on to this and order another of the juice that they were supposed to send since it's not terribly expensive but they were curt and said to just go ahead and keep it. Not a big deal, little weird on the customer service department but they were kind enough to put a replacement bottle for the juice I wanted in the mail for me, free of charge. That's when I decided I would write this review. It seems a lot of other people have had issues with their customer service department or getting the correct items sent to them, so maybe it's not an isolated incident. So far I've had good experiences with them, and maybe it's only because I tend to buy/order things in single bottles at a time. It's impossible to know for sure what happens behind the scenes but so far everything has been great for me. I order something I want, they send it. Maybe it takes a little longer than what the Shipping Method says but it always arrives within a week. As long as I can keep ordering things inexpensively from them (hoping the shipping fees/methods prices don't increase more) I'll make sure to keep ordering from these guys.

It's unfortunate. I ordered from these guys back in 2018 and yeah they screwed up my order but they made it right. which is fine by me but unfortunately I will not be ordering from these guys again due to how bad their customer service has declined. If I wanna gamble with my money I'll just go to a casino.

Worst store ever. I’d even call them scammers. Ordered 8 bottles of juice, one week to reply that the order was confirmed. Sent 3 emails, got automatic responses until I called them. First time, voice mail. Called 6 more times until someone picked up and said the order hasnt even been shipped yet. Few minutes later I received an email saying that they didnt have one of the juices I ordered. I said they could send me whatever they had. 30 minutes later another email saying my ordered was cancelled and that they would refund me. 2 WEEKS TO CANCEL MY ORDER THAT THEY NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. Never order from them anything.

First time customer, ordered last Thursday at 4am. Over 6 days ago, with 3 day shipping. Order was updated on Monday with "order confirmed". Gave them time to ship, but no avail. Sent them an email, got an automated response about my order saying it's confirmed. I replied that that info doesn't help, I explained that in the email. I called them and no one answered, and cannot leave voicemail because "Voicemail is full". That alone says a lot. May unfortunately have to do a chargeback.

I have ordered juul pods from here 3 times. The 2 first times was great, recieved my pods within a couple days altoguhr i said shipping could take up to 18 days. The third time however (7 months later) the shipping tok 12 days and the pods i recieved was completely yellow almosr balck, they tasted horrible, i belive this is an accident but accept for that i have only had a great experience with them :) Overall 9/10 :)

I don't usually write online store reviews but I felt obligated to do so this time after my bad experience with Westcoastvapesupply.com I have been ordering vaping supplies online for more than 5 years, and I got to say that Westcoastvapesupply.com is by far my worst online store experience. I made 3 orders at their website that cost me $538 in total. All 3 orders were made within a 1 month period. I had no issues with the first 2 orders, they arrived on time with DHL ($79 for shipping costs). However, for my third order they shipped it with the wrong international shipping method! The items were shipped with international post USPS instead of DHL for which I paid. The USPS shipping rate was half of that for DHL and I wasn't refunded the price difference. I tried contacting them on their support and sales emails and via the contact us page directly 5 times over a one week period and I didn't get a single reply. I haven’t received my items yet and I’m yet to hear back from them. It's sad that they treat their high paying international customers this way. At a rough time like this when vaping is getting banned everywhere and people are switching back to smoking you would expect vaping shops to try and maintain their loyal paying costumers ... Not here!! I highly recommend to avoid them especially if you want to stock up and pay big for a large order before flavored e juices get banned! I will update this review and be fair to them if this gets fixed.
