Very customer friendly and responsive to customers needs. The original design was not to my liking, I contacted them and was offered a replacement. Terrific follow up. I would definitely recommend having them do a wonderful pic of your beloved pets.

I received my order and it wasn’t exactly what I ordered. I contacted customer service and they got back to me within a day. I explained that the order was incorrect. They fixed the order double checked with me before sending. I am very happy with my portraits and the service I received.
