The first picture that came had the colors all wrong. The company quickly and easily asked for very specific details to get the colors right. The new just arrived and it’s fantastic. Customer service was very easy to deal with!

My friends photo got lost in the mail and was being sent back, I contacted west and Willow and they responded quickly and made a new one for me and then the one that was lost was sent back to me and I could not have been happier!! My friend loved it for her wedding/housewarming gift and I appreciate west and willow so much for their great work!

I wanted to write a comment with the order but there was no space. My photo has two dogs. I wanted to say that the names went left to right. Fern was on the left and Fenton on the right. I hope it is not mixed up. You really need to add a comment box on the order form. Thank you - Victoria Heydari - just placed order

West & Willow followed up with the same smudged image. I commented that it was still too dark and didn't look like our dog. Still working it, I gather. The paper looks like cheap printer paper and does not lay flat in the frame. I didn't receive the digital copy that I paid for, but at this point, I don't want it.

I know when you guys receive pictures of pets it’s just another animal to you. However, to a lot of us, our pets are family and that’s exactly how we felt about our cat, Lucci, who has recently passed away. I just wanted to say thank you from the very bottom of my heart for the absolutely beautiful artwork/products that I received from your company. I quite literally sobbed when I opened the framed portrait and the coffee mug. It looks just like him/the pictures I sent in of him. It is incredibly special to me and I will cherish these things for the rest of my life. Thank you again times a million for the amazing creations that your artists make up.
