Had the best experience with this company. They sent me a picture of our kitteh and we were not happy about it. They got back to me very quickly and sent me a new photo via email to get my approval before they sent me the new picture frame (at no additional charge). I didn’t even have to send the original one back. They corrected the picture and my girlfriend loved it! Thank you for the great customer service and our beautiful picture frame

The picture is ugly and looks different and does not match the image I originally sent. Additionally, the package is missing the mug. Update: Customer service helped me communicate with the artist and then sent me a new version.
