I sent an email requesting they use a new photo as the one I originally sent was wrong. They answered my email by the next morning and are using the new photo!

First art I received is my dog’s face got a completely different face by adding unnecessary eyes. I contacted the team, the team responded and renewed the art immediately. Second art I received is good. Thanks.

Honestly it was a terrible experience. The portrait looked nothing like our cat. It was generic & very disappointing. I will never order from West & Willow again and would not recommend to anyone else.

This was my third time ordering from West and Willow, and I’m so incredibly happy with my pet’s portrait!! This time around there was a small issue with the design, but customer service was 10/10. Andrian and his team were patient with me and worked to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company! I am so grateful to have some special memories of my dogs displayed in my home forever!

Worst experience. The customer service is truly awful. I received a gift after my pet passed away and wanted to replace the picture. Apparently they don’t offer the background we had originally received unless you pay for a whole new frame. (It’s not shown on the website, that was after weeks of back and forth.) Then after weeks of constantly following up- they made a new picture. Unfortunately, they never sent me a copy to review and what I thought was a white background was actually black. I never approved and they just shipped. After over $200 and months of wasted time, I still don’t have a picture of my deceased dog to hang up. Lots of companies offer similar products and are much better to work with- pass on this company, especially if it’s a gift.
