West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

An error was made in my artwork, and the people at West & Willow could not have been nicer in making sure the error was corrected, and that I was completely happy with the end result.

Very easy to navigate website. Clean and organized, simple. I’m excited to receive the final product in the mail, I can’t wait to see it!

Not at all what I expected for the price- a caricature is not what I anticipated from the pics on website

I am so disappointed in the mugs I ordered.I would think the picture would cover the mug,I can barely see my dog. I will be returning them. I'm worried now what my picture of Jake will look like. Very disappointed

I bought this portrait as a Christmas gift for my parents! I am super pleased with how it turned out! Our dogs looked great in it!

I absolutely love the picture. You captured their personality beautifully from a simple picture! Such high quality work! I submitted 2 separate pics but you blended them beautifully for 1 quality picture.

Capture our pup's essence especially his eyes

I was disappointed to learn at the end of my transaction that only one incentive applied. This should be very clear prior to considering ordering. I hope the product is worth the disappointment
