Looks great! My daughter is going to love this Christmas gift!

I have ordered from West and Willow before and I truly was amazed how the finished photo looked exactly like my daughter's dog. The details were spot on as if you were looking at a real photo. I have seen prints from other companies and I am so glad I chose them because she has gotten another dog and a cat and I purchased a total of 3 and I couldn't be happier with them. I received a picture of my dog as a gift from another company and I am honestly going to order one from West and Willow because I am just not a fan of it. When I look at the picture it bothers me. Anyway, thumbs up!!

I kept trying to use the code for a free digital download on the early Black Friday deals. It wouldn't let me use the code even though I bought a pet portrait.

Customer service was personal and amazing!

Firstly the product is perfection and secondly the customer service exceeds by far what you get from most places.

The picture was OK, but it gave her a black eye where she does not have one so that was kind of weird. The frame does not come together in two of the four corners. I thought for the price at least the frame would’ve been better.
