Overall, it was a good experience. But your mobile app can use some improvements. It would be nice to show an example of my product's appearance as I select each feature (background, border, image, pet name, etc.). It was a frustrating experience that could have been a lot more delightful.

There is no way to see how it will turn out before you get it. Nothing ruins a sentimental gift more then spending a bunch of money on it for it to look like it was halfway done.

Everything is laid out perfectly and it’s so easy to pick and choose the background and frame. This is my second time ordering from them and the first order brought tears to my mommas eyes.
