I’ll let you know when I get my portrait

I am very disappointed as I thought the image would resemble my dog. Instead I feel it is more generic of a golden doodle. And for that price?

My buying experience was very positive. Immediate help from customer support with my questions about a 2 dog print and if the photos I submitted were appropriate for the art! Can’t wait to see the actual results!

I submitted 2 pictures, not sure what to expect. I wish I had been able to see a preview but I was so extremely pleased when I opened my package. In the future I think it would be nice to be able to see a preview

The print was amazing and it really captured my dogs’ personalities. The first frame was damaged during shipping, but the customer service is so great, that as soon as they received my email with a picture of the damage, a new one was sent out right away. That one was in perfect shape and is now hanging in my living room. We love it!

From 3 to 5 stars! Originally, I gave W&W 3 stars because I wasn't super satisfied with how the artwork turned out. Maria reached out to me shortly after to go over the issues I had and asked if I'd like a revamped version. The new version was much better! They made sure to send a photo first to confirm I was satisfied with it before shipping the new artwork. Great customer service! Thank you.

While I have not yet received the print the ordering process was very user friendly
