Placing order was very easy. I did, however, make an error in placing pet #1 & pet #2. I wrote out instructions and am confident all will go well. In reading about this company I was very impressed. Their reviews were Five Stars. I also give Five Stars and look forward to doing more business with them. Again, Boston Terrior, ROCKY, should be on left side looking at finished photo and EMMY, smaller dog, on right side. THANK YOU
