I have received the email to do a review but I never received a confirmation via email or text. I have reached out to customer support multiple times via text and email but no one has gotten back to me. I just want to know the status of my order.

The communication is not very good. I would like to track my order but I can’t unless I give shop access to my emails etc. The whole thing seems a little fishy to me. I feel like I may have been scammed.

This is a gift for my grown son who wants absolutely nothing! He loves his dog almost as much as he loves me (his mom). He will be speechless Christmas morning!

Amazing picture my girlfriend fell in love with it on sight!

I ordered a pet portrait and chose a pink background color, the color that I received was white and my dog is black & white. She blends into the background. I would have been okay with the switch if someone notified me but no one did. I do request a refund.
