the picture came out really good and it was very custom to the my sisters dog not a stock photo as she has some very defining features. my sister loved it and it was a really good gift!

My initial order ended up having a crack on the frame. I was able to contact them letting them know what happened and they sent a replacement immediately. I will always recommend them based on the customer service!

I’ve ordered three different pictures of my dogs from West & Willow and have them all proudly hanging on my walls. I also gave one as a gift. The last picture I ordered was a little off so I contacted customer service and they immediately responded and sent me a revised picture. Excellent customer service and a unique way of displaying your favorite pets. Highly recommend!

I made several orders for the holidays. The hoodies and pajamas with our dog and cat on them were a tremendous hit. They are made with soft, comfortable and quality material ("very cozy" per my daughter). The large and smaller mugs with pet names and faces were loved as well and also made of great quality. I was worried my last order was placed late and would not arrive on time for Christmas. But when I reached out to the company a few days before the holiday, they expedited shipping and I received the item with time to spare.

Arrived broken, waited weeks for a replacement and still did not receive it. I asked for a refund since this was a Christmas gift to which I got no answer. Very unhappy with the experience, wouldn’t recommend.
