Thank you for sending my beautiful portrait of my dear sweet angel dog Cassie to me ASAP. I was incredibly happy with the results and ordered a bigger portrait because I loved the original soo much. I also ordered a coffee mug with Cassie’s likeness so we can still have coffee together in the morning 😢☺️. Ordering was easy and I received informative emails letting me know my portrait was on the way!

It’s a very small print for over $100. Very cute but not worth the price.

The customer service I received both before I placed my order & after was AMAZING... super helpful, super responsive & end product was PERFECT. I cannot recommend West & Willow enough and I will certainly be gifting friends w/ these portraits for years to come!

The picture of our cat was stunning. His whiskers were prefect.

The pictures are great. Have ordered 2 now, the second one was incorrect (names above the wrong dogs) but their support team did a great job at communicating and correcting the issue. They made sure to verify the picture before sending the new one, and when it did ship it got to me in a couple days. Given the situation they were fantastic and I will buy more.

It was GREAT! I had a portrait made as a gift along with two mugs!! They came out so real and authentic. I couldn't of asked for better quality. It was above 5 stars! They loved all of the gifts and the personalization was above and beyond. Also that it was delivered in a timely manner!! Great JOB!! **********
