I ordered a print of my sisters poodles, one that she lost suddenly on Easter in 2022 and one that she currently owns. She misses the one she lost every day, and she did not own them at the same time so she didn’t have any pics of them together. It exceeded my expectations… it was just absolutely beautiful. I ordered it for a Christmas gift. The only issue, it came broken :( I was pretty sad. I reached out to west and willow and without hesitation, argument or even much hassle, they sent me a brand new one in time for Christmas and told me to keep the old one as well. Now she has one, and my dad (who also loves her dogs like his own) gets to have a print of them too. They’re an exceptional company and I would order from them again in a heartbeat.

I have no words! I have checked my door every 5 minutes to get this picture. I wanted it to turn out right so badly! It far surpassed my expectations! It captured my son’s baby perfectly! Simple but absolutely beautiful. Did an excellent job of capturing the dog from the picture I sent. It looks just like him.
