We are very pleased with our dogs’ portraits! They look like our dogs! Happy customers.

My coworker’s dog went to Heaven and she had her for 13 years. She had her half of her life and I can’t imagine what they are going through. I ordered a portrait of their dog to give a little comfort in their home and seeing the image in person really does look like their precious little baby. Thank you West & Willow! This is a wonderful and heartfelt Holiday gift for anyone who has pets!

I ordered a portrait of my son’s two dogs. Admittedly, I spelled one of the names wrong. I e-mailed in less than 30 minutes and received a response the next day that it would forwarded and fixed. Unfortunately, not the case! So disappointed portrait came with the names spelled incorrectly. I contacted the company immediately by e-mail, the only way to communicate with them, and have heard nothing back! Terrible customer service. Happy to update this if and when I hear back. The depiction of the dogs is good. Horrible customer service.

I ordered a photo of my dog who has cancer to give to my dad for Christmas this year, because he watches him for me all the time. I love the photo so much it brought me to tears. It’s so realistic and I am so thankful we will always have this photo to remember our guy.

Perfect gift for my daughter for Christmas

1) I requested a halo with dates but that was missed. I received a portrait with just pet and name 2) it came cracked 3) Customer Service rep by the name of Kent has yet to reply to my inquiry of this issue. It’s going on 4 business days and a couple of follow ups to no response *update 1/4/24 - after their response below, I still HAVE NOT heard from them. I would like to know what “now” means for this company

Just an absolutely amazing company to do business with. 11/10. I have bought at least 9 frames and the experience has always been amazing. And the people who received the presents LOVED them
