Reasons I love the picture I purchased. 1. Quality was excellent. 2. Easy to order. 3. Time from ordering until picture delivered was only a few weeks. 4. Will recommend to friends who have dogs or cats. Great company!

This review is for the SECOND replacement phone case that was sent to my friend. Unfortunately, at this time, she has now received an original, a replacement, AND a second replacement all with the word “remove” printed all over the phone case. It has taken weeks and multiple emails to get these replacements sent with no resolution in sight. No compensation has been offered for my time trying to get my friend a usable gift. No rush shipping on replacements. I have to email multiple times to get clear answers and clearance for the replacements. There is no excuse for this, especially given the cost. I feel the company cares only about pushing sales and has gone down hill with time. I’ve ordered multiple times with no issue and now decided to give as a gift with the same embarrassing issue happening THREE times. It appears nobody is even looking at the product before it leaves the building. Even on the third trial of the same phone case…

I never write reviews, but I want to share my experience because they provided some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. This past fall I ordered a painting of my cockapoo Copper. It was a gamble as I didn't know anyone who had used West & Willow before, but it was reasonably priced and I went for it. They did a great job on Copper's painting so I decided to order another for my niece for Christmas. This one was a bit trickier as she has two dogs - one black and one white. When I received it, I wasn't as happy because the color of the white dog was off - she looked more gray. So I went thru the online process and explained my dissatisfaction. No problem! they got right one it and worked to correct the color. They did just what I asked and it looked so much better! But then I got pickier and asked them to work on her eye color and make her coat look a little curlier. They were so nice and totally willing to keep working to satisfy my requests. It took a little time but they came back with another one again responding to my requests. The communication has been great and they've just been very accommodating. I am been very impressed! Just wanted to let everyone know this is a very reputable company that does its best to satisfy their customers.

I was happy with the product but I wish there would have been a longer window to update our dog photos if needed.

West and Willow’s reputation precedes them! We ordered a three puppy portrait and the quality is fantastic! And even more than that, their customer service is second to none! We will be recommending West and Willow to all of our friends with pets! Thank you for who you are and the great work your team does!
