I ordered a couple portrait (i.e., two cats in one portrait) and the picture of my second cat did not come out anywhere close to how she looks like. Her face is asymmetric in the portrait which is untrue based on the original reference picture I submitted. Extremely disappointed for how much this piece cost. Two starts because the portrait of the first cat was spot on.

The artist really nail the character of the pets! Everytime I give one of these portrait it bring the owner to tears of joy to have their beloved pet remembered.

The product was very dark, very little dimension of the dog and did not meet expectations at all. I have been trying to contact the company but there is no contact information displayed on the website.
